How do I register?
1) Online through the Parent Portal.
2) Registration is complete once the annual registration fee first month's tuition is paid.
*Withdrawal before the season is complete requires a 30-day written notice to vacate your dancer's spot in class.
3)When does the new season begin?
September 3rd, 2025. Company Teams begin in August. See your individual Band schedules.
4)What age can my dancer enroll?
We have classes for dancers ranging from age 2 and up.

5)How do you communicate with Parents?
We email information to parents throughout the year. Important announcements are posted in our PEPPA Parents Facebook group and in the BAND App.
6) CLOSINGS: We typically follow School District 6 for any delays or closings due to weather or emergencies, however because so many of our families some from all parts of the county, we will email our families as well as post on Instagram and Facebook if we have any closings/delays.
7) When is tuition due?
Tuition is due on the first of every month. If tuition is not received by the 10th, a late fee will be added to your account. Tuition is a total for the season divided out among equal monthly payments from September-May.
8)How can I pay?
You can pay in the studio with cash or check, or through the parent portal at any time with a card.
We do not bill accounts automatically. Your Parent Account will save your payment info for your easy access.
9) What does my dancer wear?

10) What other fees will I have?
A costume fee for each dancer participating in the Showcase Performances. A Performance Fee for showcases. More info in your Parent Handbook.
